Overview

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with any included packaging or insert materials when possible. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 days.

 

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
